The first step of the screening process is a comprehensive review of each applicant’s professional background. We evaluate experience including ad platforms like Meta and Google, ad spend, funnels, and industry tenure to identify ad talent with a strong foundation.
STEP 2
We test each candidate’s strategic abilities with complex, real-world scenarios, evaluating their strategic thinking, problem-solving, and campaign optimization skills in their domain.
STEP 3
Each candidate undergoes a live screening with a MediaBuyer.com screener who are experts in their industry. We explore campaign management, budget strategies, and optimization skills.
STEP 4
We make sure each candidate is actually responsible for the accomplishments they claim. We rigorously verify their track record from ad spend, revenue, and ROAS — cross-checking with hard data. No screenshots or flaky evidence is accepted.
STEP 5
Past clients or employers are contacted (not colleagues or friends) by phone to validate claims, performance, reliability, and impact. Feedback comes from direct stakeholders only.
STEP 6
A comprehensive English language and communication interview evaluation. We also assess personality traits, looking for people who are most passionate, fully engaged in their work, and have drive — the types of people we genuinely want to work with ourselves!
